-1 cup butter
-3/4 c white granulated sugar
-1 cup brown sugar
-2 eggs
-1 tsp vanilla
-3 cups flour
-3/4 tsp salt
-3/4 tsp baking soda
-1 bag chocolate chips (Ghirardelli is the best of course;) ).
Cream butter and sugars together. Add in eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine flour (to be honest I use probably 2 and 3/4 cups flour because the cookies here seem to dry out easier) salt and baking soda. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture and mix well. Hand mix in the chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 350
Grease cookie sheet. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons and bake for 8-10 mins.
